New Canadians’ Centre of Excellence Inc.

New Canadians’ Centre of Excellence Inc. is a community based, direct-service agency which exists to assist, support and promote the full and equitable participation of immigrants and refugees in all aspects of social, cultural and economic life in the Windsor-Essex Region.

NCCE Inc. is a one stop hub for newcomers to the region providing needs assessment and referral, translation and interpretation, language training, employment services, orientation, labour market information, resettlement assistance program (RAP) in Leamington.

Settlement workers provide settlement services in over 100 schools within the Greater Essex County District School Board and the Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board. Library Settlement Partnerships are at Windsor Public Library Branches.

Youth programs and services are available, as well as licensed childcare, which provide enriched programs for children. NCCE Inc. also provides support services in collaboration with the University of Windsor and St. Clair College.

NCCE Inc. serves 2500 to 2800 newcomers daily across all its service points including three locations in Windsor and one in Leamington.
