Many children grow up exposed to two or more languages from an early age. In this PLH we will discuss how learning two or more languages affects children’s development, what are the benefits of early multilingualism, and ways to best support language acquisition in children. We will address common myths regarding multilingualism and provide scientific findings to answer parents’ questions about early language development.
